1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, using any portal operated by SERVICE INDIA, requesting quotations, submitting work requirements, confirming work or service requirements, or entering into any commercial transaction with SERVICE INDIA, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Company Information

SERVICE INDIA provides engineering-related services including fabrication, installation work, labour supply, structural work, repair, dismantling, and industrial support services. All quotations, work proposals, invoices, work execution updates, communications, and documentation issued by SERVICE INDIA are subject to these Terms.

3. Quotations & Validity

• All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document.
• If no validity period is mentioned, the quotation shall be valid for 15 days.
• Prices may change due to raw material fluctuations, tax changes, or supply chain conditions.
• Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by SERVICE INDIA.

4. Work Confirmation

• Work confirmations should preferably be provided in writing via email, message, or authorized work approval.
• Work confirmation is subject to acceptance by SERVICE INDIA.
• SERVICE INDIA reserves the right to reject, defer, or cancel work or service requests without liability where necessary.
• Custom, urgent, site-specific, or made-to-order work cannot generally be cancelled once execution has started.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. GST and other statutory levies shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

6. Payment Terms

Current Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
• UPI
• Cheque
• Cash (subject to legal limits)

Payments must be made as per agreed invoice or work terms. Delayed payment may result in delayed execution, work progress, withholding of documents, or suspension of further work.

SERVICE INDIA may, in the future, enable online payment gateways. If activated, such payments will be governed by the respective gateway's terms and conditions.

7. Work Execution & Delivery

• Project or work timelines are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
• Execution depends on site readiness, approvals, measurement confirmation, labour availability, and material availability.
• Delivery or completion may be affected by practical site conditions and operational constraints.
• SERVICE INDIA shall not be responsible for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers must inspect fabricated items or completed work upon delivery or completion. Any claim regarding shortage, visible damage, or major execution issue should be notified within 48 hours wherever reasonably possible.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation, return, or refund requests are considered only at the discretion of SERVICE INDIA and subject to the nature of the work, product, execution stage, and approval status.

Custom fabrication, labour-based work, site execution, repair work, dismantling work, and made-to-order jobs are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once started.

Any approved refund, if applicable, shall be processed after internal review, reconciliation, and deduction of applicable costs.

10. Service Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated in writing, services are provided on a reasonable effort basis according to project requirements and agreed scope. SERVICE INDIA does not guarantee suitability for purposes outside the agreed requirement, site condition, or project scope.

11. Limitation of Liability

SERVICE INDIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages including loss of profits, downtime, project delay or execution-related claims, or business interruption.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value or agreed value of the specific transaction or work giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, documents, formats, website content, designs, technical drawings, photographs, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SERVICE INDIA or are used with appropriate rights, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

13. Confidentiality

Any proprietary drawings, quotations, pricing structures, project data, or technical information shared by SERVICE INDIA shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

14. Force Majeure

SERVICE INDIA shall not be liable for delay, interruption, or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, labour disruptions, transport issues, government action, supply chain interruption, site shutdown, accidents, or utility failures.

15. Compliance With Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to the use, installation, and deployment of supplied goods or executed work at their end.

16. Digital Records & Communication

Electronic communications, quotations, invoices, confirmations, and related records sent by email, WhatsApp, portal, or similar digital means shall be considered valid for business and record purposes.

17. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SERVICE INDIA against claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, alteration, unsafe site conditions, unauthorized modification, or improper use of supplied goods or executed work after handover.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

19. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may, where applicable, be referred to arbitrationSERVICE INDIA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai.

20. Amendments

SERVICE INDIA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions shall be posted on the website with a revised date.
